The calculations are based on assumption that 3 Roll Troughed Idlers are provided on Material Carrying Side. IS-11592 has been considered for the subject Power Calculations.
Single Drive on Head End with a wrap angle of 210 degrees has been considered.
Every Feed Point shall bring in Skirt Length Resistance of 5m.
Idler Tilt has not been considered.
Negative Slopes have been considered zero.
Various Co-efficient and other Input Values assumed have been marked in the Output Sheet.
Pipe Thickness has been assumed 5mm for Idler Weight Calculations
The Tentative Running Tensions have been calculated based on limited information available.
It is recommended to use Fluid Coupling beyond 30KW of Motor Rating.
It is recommended to add minimum 10% Motor Margin.
The Gearbox & Coupling Efficiency has been considered 95%.
